A small software company in Lagos, Nigeria.
We started in 2021 to build the kind of software we kept wishing existed: small apps that handle one ordinary task properly, on the phones people here actually carry.
That means personal money, small-business records, job applications and everyday admin. Not enterprise platforms, not dashboards for people who already have analysts. Tools for the shop owner, the person with three bank accounts, the graduate sending out applications.
How we work
We are a small team, so we ship narrow products and keep them narrow. Each app is designed for mid-range Android first, with data cost and offline behaviour treated as design constraints rather than optimisations to add later.
Where a product touches financial data, we work through licensed providers and register with the regulators that apply, including data protection obligations under Nigerian law.
Mosh Labs
Mosh Labs is our affiliate label. It publishes independent apps and experiments that sit outside the Sparse Technologies product line, at moshlabs.org.
